Newly Appointed Lawra MCE Alhaji Adams Muaza Reported Déâd
The newly appointed Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Lawra in the Upper West Region, Alhaji Adams Muaza, has been reported passed away.
Reports suggest that Alhaji Adams Muaza d!ed in the early hours of Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
This sad news comes barely a few months after President John Dramani Mahama appointed him as the MCE for Lawra.
His déâth also follows two weeks after seven students drôwned in the Black Volta at Dikpe in Lawra Municipality.
The cause of déâth of Alhaji Adams Muaza is yet to be known. He had been unwell and had not fully assumed office since his confirmation.
