Nana Ama McBrown is reportedly recovering well after undergoing surgery on her injured right hand.

The actress and TV host has been off-air for over a month, raising concerns among fans about her health and well-being.

However, two seasoned pundits on Onua Showtime, Kwasi Ernest and Fred Kyei Mensah, have allayed those fears with a positive update on her recovery.

"We went to visit her. She is very fine. Her hand is healing speedily.

"Very soon, we'll all see her with her hand straightened," Fred Kyei Mensah said, speaking on the show.

Kwasi Ernest also confirmed that McBrown is in good spirits and is expected to return to her hosting duties soon.

"She’s healthy and doing very well. We can expect her back shortly," he noted.

McBrown’s absence from Onua Showtime dates back to May 23, 2025, her last appearance on the show, where she hosted an energetic episode alongside vendors and dancers.

Since then, her colleague AJ Poundz has filled in as host.
