Why NPP Is Boycotting Media General Platforms 

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has officially withdrawn from all Media General platforms due to allegations of media bias and unfair political coverage. 

According to the party’s statement, this decision follows months of unresolved concerns regarding biased paneling, disruptive hosting, and unprofessionalism on political shows like Key Points and New Day.

One incident cited by the NPP involved a guest making insulting remarks about former President Nana Akufo-Addo, which the host reportedly allowed without objection. 

The party claims these issues were ignored despite repeated attempts to resolve them.

The NPP has made it clear that this withdrawal doesn’t affect their commitment to holding the current government accountable.
