LOFF-JR Requests Subjecting All Suspects To Lie Detector test
…As Primary Witness Fails To Show Up
The Larry Omodia Foundation For Justice Reform (LOFF-JR) has demanded that the police force subject all 15 persons in the house within the 24-hour timeline of Mohbad’s death to a lie detector test as well as subjecting all their mobile devices and emails to forensic investigation.
This was indicated by Larry Omodia, CEO of LOFF-JR during a press briefing where he also stated that the Foundation had undertaken to bear all costs in respect of their request.
The CEO explained that the aim and objective of the Foundation was not targeted at persecution, but to diligently prosecute all those culpable in the death of the superstar.
According to Omodia, the events surrounding the death of Mohbad had been clouded with strings of evidence available on the social media space.
“The Larry Omodia Foundation for Justice Reform (by African Television) wishes to further state that all relevant evidence in respect of this instant petition have been handed over to the police and we expect swift and prompt action so as to bring all suspects to book.
“Yomi Fabiyi failed to show up today. We filed a petition against Mohbad’s brother, Mohbad’s wife and one of Mohbad’s friends based on evidence that Yomi Fabiyi said was sent to him; based on the chat between Yomi Fabiyi and Mohbad’s brother.
“What he said was sent to him shows that somebody knows what killed Mohbad; somebody is claiming that they know what killed Mohbad, that is, Mohbad’s brother.
“The story has been making the rounds and all messy. Now, the brother wakes up and said: Give me three million and I will give you the video of what killed my brother.”
He revealed that what they were doing was pushing the police not to relent on the new development and to ensure that they would not be thrown under the bridge.
Segun Alara, legal representative to the Foundation, noted that so far, the above evidence was the closest in 16 months and that Yomi Fabiyi took the video to the police.
The onus, Alara stressed, was on Mohbad’s brother to prove that his phone was actually hacked, according to his claims.
